1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wagibet platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an active wagibet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
  • You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of wagibet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

wagibet reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), PhilSys National ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and Postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wagibet may result in account suspension or closure.

Age Restriction Notice: wagibet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment source, and any winnings will be forfeited in full.


3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active wagibet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wagibet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wagibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify wagibet immediately via our customer support channels. wagibet reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wagibet is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with our KYC process, which may include submission of government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.


4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the wagibet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wagibet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wagibet accepts deposits via the following payment methods only:

Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly prohibited. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. wagibet reserves the right to refuse any deposit that does not originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.


5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

  • Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.

  • Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

  • Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
  • wagibet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wagibet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

  • Bonuses are credited to your wagibet account in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from your real-money balance.
  • Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
  • wagibet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
  • Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available bonuses but remain eligible to claim publicly advertised promotions.
  • Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse: wagibet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or other abusive methods will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.


7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the wagibet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on-screen and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wagibet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

  • Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the wagibet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of wagibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wagibet.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wagibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

wagibet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their wagibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wagibet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wagibet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.


12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your wagibet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

wagibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
  • Determination that the Player is under 21 years of age.
  • Regulatory requirement or court order.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, wagibet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.


13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and wagibet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to gaming operations.


14. Amendments to These Terms

wagibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the wagibet Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
